Memorial today in LA for 19 fallen AZ firefighters

Good Tuesday morning to you!  Britney Glaser here in the KPLC 7Newsroom with a look at what's ahead on today's Sunrise:

*A memorial service is set for today in Baton Rouge at the Louisiana State Firefighter's Memorial to honor the 19 Arizona firefighters who died battling a lightning-sparked fire near Phoenix.

*A new statement from confessed NSA leaker Edward Snowden accuses the Obama administration of pressuring world leaders to deny him asylum.  We'll have the newest information out of the Russian airport where Snowden is this morning.

*Summertime has many of us thinking about vacations, beaches and barbecues.  But doctors warn your kidney health should also be on your mind as temperatures soar.  I'll explain the link between the heat and kidney problems.

*Plus, there are lots of plans in store for Independence Day across Southwest Louisiana.  From "Red, White, Blue and You" in Lake Charles to "Freedom Fest 2013" in Fort Polk and DeRidder's "Old Fashioned 4th of July," we'll share those details.

*We're feeling lower humidity again today, making the "feels like" temperature much more tolerable!  Meteorologist Ben Terry will let us know how long this will last and the likelihood of rain on the July 4th holiday.

Make it a Sunrise day!
