A Lake Charles man has been arrested after an undercover detective with the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office Vice Division observed him exposing himself inside the men's restroom near the kids' water fountain at the Lake Charles Civic Center.

According to a news release from the CPSO, Floyd J. Fontenot, 66, of Lake Charles, was arrested on Wednesday, June 26. He had been previously arrested and charged with obscenity by the CPSO Vice Unit in a November 2011 sting operation at the same location.
