19-year-old accused three times of exposing self

Aquiles Rojas Aquiles Rojas
NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A man that has been previously arrested for exposing himself in public is facing more charges.

On Monday night, Metro police arrested Aquiles Rojas, 19, after a 14-year-old victim identified him last week as the man she saw masturbating in a white four-door Acura.

The incident occurred on Colice Jeanne Road near Highway 70 South on Nov. 14, 2012.

The victim told police she was walking when Rojas pulled up next to her and began talking to her.  When she looked over at the vehicle, Rojas allegedly had his pants down and was masturbating. Police said Rojas admitted his involvement.

May 31 incident

At the time of Monday night's arrest, Rojas was free on $10,000 bond stemming from last Thursday's arrest on charges of indecent exposure after a woman identified him as the man she saw openly exposing himself near Edwin Warner Park Nature Center on May 31.

As the victim spotted Rojas, he ran and got into a white four-door Acura. She alertly recorded the license plate number which assisted in the development of Rojas as a suspect. She subsequently picked him out of a photo lineup.

April 9 incident

At the time of the May 31 incident, Rojas was free on a $15,000 bond stemming from his April 9 arrest on charges of sexual battery, indecent exposure and possession of Xanax and marijuana.

Police said that on that day, a 44-year-old woman reported that a man, later identified as Rojas, drove up to her under the guise of asking for directions, grabbed her breast and drove away.

A 34-year-old woman also reported that he drove up to her in the nearby TJ Maxx parking lot under the guise of asking for directions. She saw that Rojas was not wearing any pants and immediately walked away.

Rojas' bond in regard to Monday night's arrest was set at $10,000. He posted it and is out of jail.
