FBI to make announcement in LC case at 11 a.m., stream available

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) -

The FBI will make a special announcement regarding a fugitive wanted for a sexual assault and murder committed in Lake Charles in 2008 at 11 a.m. today.
