NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Dozens of singers and athletes headed to Nashville's Greer Stadium on Saturday for the Celebrity Softball Challenge.

The stands were full as fans rallied for their favorites.

The game is a fundraiser for the City of Hope, a leading research and treatment center for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases.

Over the years, the softball challenge has raised more than $2 million.

This year's participants include Florida Georgia Line, Scotty McCreery, Craig Campbell, Phil Vassar, Scott Hamilton and J.P. Dumont.
