BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

A judge has given LSU RB Jeremy Hill a curfew after his recent arrest after a bar fight.

Judge Bonnie Jackson ordered Hill, 20, not to go to any bars and set his curfew from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Hill was suspended indefinitely from LSU's football team after he was charged with simple battery in connection with a fight outside Reggie's Bar in Tigerland in April.

According to an affidavit of probable cause released by authorities, the victim told officers Hill hit him in the head numerous times.  It also stated officers were shown a video of the incident that "clearly shows the defendant striking the victim."

A second suspect, Robert Bayardo, then allegedly hit the victim and knocked him unconscious, according to BRPD spokesman Cpl. L'Jean Mckneely.

Hill left the scene before police arrived, but was later arrested.

Hill was arrested on Jan. 12, 2011 on a charge of oral sexual battery. He pleaded guilty in Jan. 2012 to carnal knowledge of a juvenile, which is a misdemeanor, and was given two years of probation.

The next court date in the Reggie's Bar case is August 16th.
