LEBANON, TN (WSMV) -

Four people were injured in a head-on collision Friday night in Wilson County.

Lebanon police think a Dodge Caravan driving on Highway 231 rear-ended a sport-utility vehicle, then veered into the other lane and hit a Nissan Altima head-on.

The driver of the Altima is in critical condition, according to the Lebanon Democrat.

Police said they think alcohol may have been a factor in the wreck.  They believe the Caravan was also involved in a hit-and-run accident before the wreck.
