A JUDGE IS NOW TELLING THE L-S-U BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO TURNOVER ITS PRESIDENTIAL SEARCH LIST.

THE BOARD AND A PRIVATE SEARCH FIRM INITIALLY DENIED A PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST FOR THE NAMES OF THE CANDIDATES - EXCEPT ONE, DR. KING ALEXANDER, WHO GOT THE JOB.

THE ADVOCATE NEWSPAPER AND AN EDITOR OF THE STUDENT PAPER THE REVEILLE SUED.

THE JUDGE RULED IN THEIR FAVOR SAYING THE LIST OF CANDIDATES, ARE IN FACT PUBLIC RECORD.

    Changes are being put in place at Prien Lake Mall for those under 17 years old. Mall officials say children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult after 6 p.m. Cinemark has also imposed a policy that no children under 17 may purchase tickets for a movie after 6 p.m.
