State Police investigates single-vehicle crash on U.S. 171

Acadian Air-med was called to the scene of a single-vehicle crash involving a pregnant woman.

It happened Friday night on U.S. 171 near Gloria Drive.

State Police Troop D investigated the crash.

According to troopers, the driver of the car ran off the road for unknown reasons.

Witnesses tell 7 News that the driver was pregnant.

Troopers said the woman was transported by air-med to a local hospital with moderate injuries.

No citations have been issued at this time as the crash remains under investigation.

    Changes are being put in place at Prien Lake Mall for those under 17 years old. Mall officials say children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult after 6 p.m. Cinemark has also imposed a policy that no children under 17 may purchase tickets for a movie after 6 p.m.
