Good morning!

Agnes DeRouen in the KPLC 7 Newsroom with a look at what we're working on for 7News@Noon.

A big day in Baton Rouge as lawmakers declared Gov. Bobby Jindal's push to repeal Louisiana's income taxes dead for the session after the House tax committee refused to discuss the proposals. State Treasurer John Kennedy will join us to share his thoughts on the situation with the state's finances.
