Plus, warmer weather brings on springtime allergies.  Find out how certain foods can help you fight off all that sneezing and congestion.

Speaking of warmer weather,  boy have we started off warm and extremely humid today.  Ben tells me normal lows for this time of year are in the 50's, but some locations barely dropped below 70 degrees.  Highs are expected to top out in the low 80's today with a chance of an isolated shower.  However, there is a much better chance for thunderstorms tomorrow.   You can find out all the details from Ben during his live, local forecast at noon.

Remember, you can always watch us online at kplctv.com and on air.  We hope you join us, and have a good day.
