Two arrested in gas stations, adult store robberies

Two men have been arrested in connection with the recent robberies of two gas stations and an adult store in Lake Charles.  

According to the Westlake Police Department, Jordan Michael James, 24, of Orange, Texas, and Gregory Joseph Holt, 27, of Lake Charles, were located and arrested arrested by the WLPD in connection with the April 1 robbery of a Valero gas station located on Sampson St. in Westlake.

After locating the two suspects at a local casino, the WLPD contacted the Lake Charles Police Department, and it was determined that James and Holt were the suspects being sought in the robberies of the Valero gas station at 1129 North MLK Highway and the Simple Pleasures store at 2024 Kirkman St. in Lake Charles.

Both men are currently incarcerated at the Calcasieu Correctional Center.

According to the LCPD, James has been charged with two counts each of armed robbery and armed robbery with a firearm. His bond has been set at $500,000.

Holt has been charged with two counts of armed robbery. His bond has been set at $300,000.
