More on arrests in overnight fatal shooting in DeRidder

Good Evening,

Lee Peck here in the KPLC 7 Newsroom with a look at what we are working on for Nightcast.

More on that fatal overnight shooting in DeRidder. Two brothers are now jailed charged in the crime after authorities say an altercation turned to gunfire.

Plus, the Ku Klux Klan holds a protest rally in downtown Memphis. The KKK group from North Carolina was said to be protesting the renaming of several confederate parks.

Also, there is a proposal to tax those plastic bags used in most grocery stores across the state. We'll tell you about the tax proposal and the idea behind it.

And the McNeese Cowgirls Basketball Team may not be coming home winners, but they still have a lot to proud of in post season action. Seth Lewis has more from today's match up in the WBI Tournament.

Also you might want to keep an umbrella handy for hunting those Easter eggs. Meteorologist Cedric Haynes has your Easter Sunday forecast.

We'll see you tonight at ten for these stories and more. Until then we're always on at kplctv.com.
