ACADIA PARISH, LA (KPLC) -

Acadia Parish authorities are looking for an individual who stole several roosters from a Rayne residence, according to a news release from Acadia Parish Crime Stoppers.

Authorities said in the past two months, on different dates, nine roosters have been taken from a home on Olga Street in Rayne.

Authorities said around 2:30 a.m. March 13, the suspect was caught on camera, taking one of the roosters.

Those with information are asked to call Acadia Parish Crime Stoppers at 789-TIPS or 789-8477.

Callers may remain anonymous and could receive up to a $1,000 cash reward.
