WHITE OAK, TX (KLTV) -

An early morning accident caused a power outage in parts of Gregg County.

According to the Gregg County Sheriff's Department, a wreck involving a vehicle that struck a power pole on Jordan Valley Road at Harrison Road knocked out power to some residents in parts of Longview and White Oak.

According to the SWEPCO website, 4,200 residents in Gregg County were without power as of 5:30 a.m. However, only 176 were without power by 7:10 a.m.

It is unknown if there were any injuries involved in the wreck at this time.
