LEESVILLE, LA (KPLC) -

Eggstravaganza will be Saturday, March 30 at the Leesville Lions Camp on U.S. 171 North of Leesville.

The event is held every year, sponsored by KVVP-FM/KROK-FM/KUMX-FM and the Leesville Civitan Club.

The egg hunt event is free and open to the public.

Gates open at 10 a.m.

There will be jumpers and games.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

Hunts are organized by age. The hunt for infant to four years old will be at 12:05 p.m. The hunt for ages five to 7 will be at 12:20 p.m. and the one for 8 to 10-year-olds will be at 12:40 p.m.

There will be over 6,000 eggs and lots of prizes.

The proceeds benefit the Louisiana Lions Camp and the Vernon Sheriff's Youth Association.
