DERIDDER, LA (KPLC) -
According to Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development officials, U.S. 190 will be closed at mile marker 16 in Beauregard Parish, approximately five miles west of DeRidder, for three weeks beginning at 9 a.m. Monday, March 18 through Monday, April 8.
Officials said the road closure is necessary to replace cross drain pipes with a bridge.
U.S. 190 westbound traffic will detour south on La. 27 to Singer then west on La. 110 to reconnect with U.S. 190.
Officials said U.S. 190 eastbound traffic will detour east on La. 110 to Singer then north on La. 27 to reconnect with U.S. 190.
