Accused murderer, Brandon Lavergne, on hunger strike at Angola

*Confessed double murderer, Brandon Scott Lavergne, is on a hunger strike.  He's serving back-to-back life sentences for the killings of ULL student Mickey Shunick and Lisa Pate.  Find out why he's going to this extreme measure at Angola Prison.

*The Labor Department's monthly jobs report comes out today and while it won't affect jobs lost due to Washington's massive budget cuts, it will give us some idea where the economy is headed.

*There will be a public meeting today in DeRidder to discuss the possible troop reduction at Ft. Polk.  We'll have details about that and the growing petition.
