The Search For Joe Constance

Hello everyone. This is Cynthia Arceneaux from the KPLC Newsroom... What ever happened to accused killer Joe Constance? Has law enforcement given up on finding him? Not by a long shot! Tonight on Nightcast, we'll revisit this cold case to find out if there are any new leads to the man accused of killing his estranged wife, Mary Duhon in 2011. The case has even gotten national attention having been featured on America's Most Wanted. We'll talk with Sheriff Tony Mancuso on where they stand today on the investigation.

And we'll have the latest on the homicide investigation in Jennings.  A husband and wife were found dead in their home this weekend. Jennings Police Chief Todd D'albor says they believe the couple, 30 year old Katrenna Segura williams and 25 year old Charles Williams, Jr. were killed sometime Friday evening or early Saturday morning...     It's not unusual to hear complaints about the U.S. Postal Service in our area. The latest comes from a neighborhood off Nelson Road where residents say they no longer get daily delivery. "Whether snow, sleet or rain or whatever it   should be delivered," said Terry Bellard, who lives at Smith Village mobile home community. Residents say their mail is no longer delivered regularly.

    The Army Corps of Engineers plans to issue the necessary permits for the Bayou Bridge pipeline, according to a news release from the office of Congressman Clay Higgins. The news release said Colonel Michael Clancy, of the Army Corps of Engineers, announced Thursday that the New Orleans District has concluded its environmental assessment and will issue necessary permits to Bayou Bridge Pipeline, LLC. Higgins office says the pipeline is a $750 million investment that is estimated...
