Beauregard woman accused in Bundick man's death indicted in case

BEAUREGARD PARISH, LA (KPLC) -

A Beauregard Parish woman accused in the death of a Bundick Lake man was indicted this week by a Beauregard Parish grand jury.

Dana Plunkett, 41, is accused in the July 2012 death of Darrell Glen "Red" Regan.

Plunkett was indicted by the grand jury for second-degree murder.

She remains in custody on $500,000 bond.

Officials with the 36th Judicial District Court said that arraignment in the case will be scheduled and a trial date will be set thereafter.

The Beauregard grand jury met in a special session this week and issued a list of indictments.
