Ashley R. Murphy was arrested Feb. 11 and is charged with simple burglary, theft under $500, forgery, identity theft and unauthorized use of an access card.

According to a news release from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office, on Feb. 10, deputies were dispatched to a Sulphur home in reference to a burglary.
