CALCASIEU PARISH, LA (KPLC) -
A Sulphur man has been sentenced to 20 years on sex charges, according to a news release from the Calcasieu Parish District Attorney's Office.
Officials said Judge Wilford Carter sentenced Lester Hugh Golden on Wednesday. Officials said Golden pleaded guilty to the charges.
Carter sentenced Golden to 20 years on each count to run concurrently with one another.
Officials said the sentence will also run concurrently with Golden's current term of just over 17 years in federal prison for child pornography.
Golden is not eligible for parole and is ordered to a lifetime sex offender registration, according to the release.
The case was prosecuted for the Severe Child Abuse Division of the District Attorney's Office by Assistant District Attorney Cynthia Guillory, and sentencing was handled by Assistant District Attorney Shunette Thomas-Jordan.
