LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) -

A man arrested for an alleged assault on the McNeese State University campus will not stand trial.

On Thursday, a Calcasieu grand jury decided not to indict 29-year-old Donald Ray Bluin.

Bluin was arrested last October and booked for simple rape, stemming from a report at the Zigler Suites on the university's campus.
