SHELBY COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -
A Milam, TX woman is dead and 3 other females, including 2 children were injured in a Friday evening rollover accident in Shelby County.
According to the DPS report, 23-year-old Dominique Henson was driving a 2003 Ford F-150 pickup truck Southbound on State Highway 87 when the vehicle left the roadway and rolled 3 times, ejecting and killing the front passenger, 23-year-old Kerdra Henson, also of Milam.
Kerdra Henson was pronounced dead at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital. She was not wearing a seatbelt.
Dominique Henson and 2 minors, 8-year-old Searrian McGee and 8-month-old Jarrion Brinson were all taken to San Augustine Memorial Hospital in stable condition with minor injuries, cuts and bruises.
All were wearing their seatbelts and/or in safety restraints.
The DPS report does not say what could have caused the vehicle to leave the roadway and rollover but the report does describe the road conditions as clear and dry.
