SWLA could experience coldest night of the year

Good Afternoon,

Lee Peck from the KPLC 7 Newsroom with a look at what we are working on for 7 News at Six.

Two suspects shot by Lake Charles Police after a chase remain hospitalized. We'll have an update on their conditions.

Plus, a local towing company is making sure people get home safe as they ring in the New Year… and it's a FREE service. KPLC's Gerron Jordan explains.

Also you'll want to take care of the four P's: People, Pets, Plants & Pipes as this could be the COLDEST night of the year.  Meteorologist Ben Terry is in for Cedric tonight and has all the details.

We'll see you tonight at six for these stories and more. Until then for the latest in news, weather and sports we're always online at kplctv.com.
