Trial set for today in DWI case that killed seven people

Good Monday morning to you!  Britney Glaser here with a look at what is in store on today's Sunrise:

*Brett Gerald, the man accused of killing seven people while driving drunk in Slaughter, LA, is set to be in court later today for his first day of trial.  He says he is not guilty.  We have a look inside that case.

*A man who was shot is recovering this morning as Vinton police continue to investigate.  Find out why Police Chief Ricky Fox says the shooting is suspicious.
