BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
Governor
Bobby cast his vote on Friday after standing in line for about 15 minutes with
other voters.
The
Governor says he voted in favor of several hot button issues, including
amendments to protect all gun rights, allow property tax breaks for new employers
and allow term limits for school board members.
Jindal
also voiced his support for Governor Mitt Romney but says no matter who you
vote for; the most important thing is to make your voice heard.
"This is
an important election. Folks all over the world don't have the right to go and
choose their leaders. We have that right here in Louisiana. We have that right
in America. We shouldn't take it for granted," said Jindal.
