OBERLIN, LA (KPLC) - Oberlin Police Chief Grady Haynes confirmed that Latrina "Lola" Fontenot, the woman accused of fighting with a student and several teachers at Oberlin High School, turned herself into jail this morning.
Fontenot was initially issued a misdemeanor citation by Oberlin police for disturbing the peace by fighting and trespassing.
Haynes said she was booked on three counts battery on a school teacher and one count battery on a juvenile.
Haynes said her bond was set at $4,000 and she bonded out the same day.
The citation for disturbing the peace by fighting and criminal trespass still stands, he said.
