JC Penney offering free haircuts for children this month

It's almost time for back-to-school and JC Penney is helping to send kids back in style.

For the month of August, JCP Salons will give any child in kindergarten all the way to sixth grade a free haircut.

They'll also donate a dollar for every free cut to the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and 4-H.
