RAGLEY, LA (KPLC) -
Beauregard Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for the theft of several dozen road signs in the South Beauregard community.
Authorities say signs were stolen along some Ragley roads, including Texas Eastern Road.
Authorities say the theft of the signs, in addition to costing taxpayers over $3,000 to replace, has greatly reduced the safety of the intersections where stop signs have been removed.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the signs or on those responsible in the thefts are asked to call Beauregard Crime Stoppers at 337-463-3281 or 337-460-5518.
