SULPHUR, LA (KPLC) -

3 men were arrested after authorities said officers noticed a meth lab and chemicals used in the process under Beglis Pkwy Bridge near I-10 on Sunday.

According to officers, the suspects were using water from under the bridge to make the meth.

Roger Ray, 43, and Jonathan Kibodeaux, 23, both of Sulphur and Freeman Woodard of Westlake were charged with simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and the operation of a clandestine lab.

The Sulphur police and fire departments were at the scene along with deputies with the Calcasieu Sheriff's Office.
