A man and his wife have been charged with additional counts related to indecent behavior with juveniles.
In Feb. 2010, Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's deputies arrested John Baccigalopi, Jr. and charged him with 40 counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile and one count involving sexual relations with a juvenile. Baccigalopi is accused of engaging in inappropriate sexual contact with a 15 year old girl and her 14 year old friend.
Authorities said John and Jennifer Baccigalopi were arrested again in Jan. 2011 and charged with two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile in regards to the 15 year old girl. Authorities said investigation also revealed John allegedly engaged in inappropriate sexual contact with a 4 year old.
John Baccigalopi has been charged with an additional 10 counts of principal carnal knowledge of a juvenile and two counts of principal to obscenity.
Jennifer Baccigalopi has also been charged with 10 counts of principal carnal knowledge of a juvenile, two counts of principal to obscenity and three counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile.
