Entergy customers can expect a refund sometime in the next year. Documents filed with state regulators show the utility improperly sold electricity, causing some customers to pay too much.
It's not clear exactly how much of a credit customers can expect, but every little bit can help during the summer months.
About 380,000 customers of Entergy gulf states already began seeing credits on their June bill because of an earlier finding by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on a so called "system agreement" from the company's subsidiary in four states.
