    Authorities are urging motorists to avoid I-10 West and East bound at mile marker 25 due to a tanker truck on fire. Fire crews are still working to extinguish flames on an 18-wheel oil tanker. Louisiana
    Louisiana State Police investigated an oil tanker tractor fire on I-10 westbound near mile marker 25 on Sunday afternoon which caused major traffic delays.

Update from Lake Charles Police:

Exit 36 from westbound I-10 is reopened to all traffic.

Officers responded to reports this afternoon of an overturned trash truck at Exit 36 of I-10 westbound. 

Lake Charles police say the truck was exiting I-10 at exit 36 and did not make the turn, causing it to overturn and loose all of its trash.

Crews spent a couple of hours cleaning the trash and clearing the ramp.
