4 killed in separate accidents in Louisiana Saturday

State police report two deadly accidents Saturday. The most recent happened at 2:42 p.m. Police say 46-year-old Robert Miller and his passenger were riding his motorcycle on LA 98 in Acadia Parish. Miller went to change lanes to pass another vehicle, when a pickup driven by 22-year-old Zachary Benoit of Crowley, struck the motorcycle head-on. Both miller and his passenger, identified as 43-year-old Vanessa Miller, were thrown from the bike and killed. Benoit was not hurt.

Police also report two fatalities from a deadly crash in Ascension Parish. Investigators say 41-year-old Hiromi Dille's car left the road and hit a driveway embankment around 11 Saturday morning. The car then went airborne and hit a tree. Dille and her one-year-old son were taken to the hospital, but died from their injuries.
