Bus provider dropped additional charges on Girls Scout trip

About 70 girl scouts from Southwest Louisiana will be heading to Washington D.C. at the beginning of June.

After a threat of almost having to cancel their trip to the nation's Capital, their bus provider has decided to reverse the extra charges in fuel.

This means that the girls will now be able to use the $400 they each raised for the trip and not pay the hefty $13,000 in cancellation fee.
