Robyn Little Davis and Carol Noland Saltzman can still stand trial for murder, after the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeal denied a claim of double jeopardy.
Defense attorneys for Davis and Saltzman claimed the case should be thrown out because Judge David Ritchie granted a continence after prosecutor Rick Bryant become ill after the jury had been seated last November.
Davis and Saltzman are charged in the murder of Davis's husband, Brian, in 2009.
