Broussard's Restaurant publishes new cookbook

New Orleans, LA (KPLC) - For those who aren't able to stroll through the historic old buildings that make up Broussard's Restaurant & Courtyard or sample the cuisine at the landmark restaurant, Ann Benoit and the Preuss family have published the "Broussard's Restaurant & Courtyard Cookbook."

The cookbook, which also has segments highlighting the historic architecture of the French Quarter restaurant, focuses on its signature Creole dishes.

The recipes are taken from the current menu, created by chef Gunter Preuss, who with his wife Evelyn and son Marc operate the restaurant.
