Healthy stuffed bell peppers


1 lb. ground turkey

1/2 cup grated parmesan

1 chopped onion

4-5 large mushrooms, chopped

Season accordingly with oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.  Combine and pack into bell peppers.   Place peppers in baking pan with 1/2 cup of water in the pan.  Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix 1 can of tomato sauce, 1 pkg Italian seasoning, 2 pks Splenda.  Microwave this mixture until warm.

Pull peppers out of oven, add sauce to peppers.  Cook for 15 additional minutes.
