UPDATE: According to Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office Daughdrill bonded out of Calcasieu Correctional Center and is in the process of being booked into Beauregard Parish jail on a $200,000 bond.

The following is a Press Release from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office:

On November 10, Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office detectives received a complaint regarding Heather N. Daughdrill, 28, of Westlake, having inappropriate sexual contact with a 13-year-old boy on multiple occasions between June and October.  Daughdrill was working as a teacher/aide at a Summer Bible school camp the boy had attended.

The investigation revealed Daughdrill would engage in inappropriate sexual contact with the boy after picking him up from school without the parents' knowledge.  Detectives also discovered several explicit text messages between Daughdrill and the 13-year-old boy.

Daughdrill was arrested on November 28th and booked into Calcasieu Correctional Center.  She is charged with 4 counts of carnal knowledge of a juvenile; 8 counts of sexual battery; 3 counts of 2nd degree kidnapping; 1 count contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile; and 1 count indecent behavior with a juvenile.

Daughdrill also has pending charges of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile; and 3 counts of 2nd degree kidnapping in Beauregard Parish with the same 13-year-old boy.

Judge Clayton Davis set her bond at $47,000.

Daughdrill's bond in Beauregard Parish has been set at $200,000.

CPSO Detective Katherine LeBlanc is the lead investigator on this case.
