Police looking for suspect in Richmond Suites armed robbery

The following is a press release from the Lake Charles Police Department:

On Saturday, 11.26.11, at approximately 10:18 PM, Officers with the Lake Charles Police Department responded to an armed robbery call in the 2600 block of Moeling Street at the Richmond Suites hotel. 

During the course of this investigation, it was discovered that an unknown B/M with a dark complexion, wearing dark colored coveralls, a dark colored sweat jacket, and a light colored bandana pulled over his face, entered into the hotel lobby, armed with a weapon. 

The unknown suspect demanded money of the hotel clerk and departed the scene in an unknown direction, with an undetermined amount of money. 

Detective John Loftin is the lead investigator.
