Janice Renee Skipper turns herself in

The following is a Press Release from the Sulphur Police Department:

According to Provisional Chief of Police Earnest Estess, on Tuesday, November 8, 2011, Janice Renee Skipper turned herself in to the Detectives of the Sulphur Police Department.

Skipper was booked into the Sulphur City Jail being held on a $250,000.00 bond per Judge Kent Savoie for aggravated rape for her role in the aggravated rape charge against her husband, Damon Troy Skipper who is still at large.  

Damon Troy Skipper is described as a Black Male, 5'8" tall, 160 lbs, Brown Eyes, Black Hair and date of birth January 18, 1967. Detectives have received information that Shipper may have cut his cut his hair in an attempt to avoid apprehension and is believed to be in the Lake area.
