Oakdale Man arrested in Jeff Davis for burglary and theft

The following is a news release from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office

Lake Charles –On October 26 a home on Greathouse Rd. in Lake Charles was broken into and guns, a television, tools and credit cards were taken.  A witness described a red truck at the home at the time of the burglary.

It was discovered that one of the credit cards was used to purchase gas at a store in Lacassine later that day.

On October 28 the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff's Office responded to a home burglary in Jennings and arrested Justin Williamson, 37, of Oakdale.  The items stolen from the home on Greathouse Rd were found in Williamson's possession.  He was also driving a red truck.

Williamson is currently in the Jeff Davis Parish jail but a CPSO warrant has been issued for his arrest on charges of burglary and theft.

Judge Clayton Davis set the bond at $40,000.
