A Calcasieu Parish Grand Jury declined to indict two 17-year-old men Thursday who were accused of aggravated rape on two under aged girls.
The Grand Jury returned "No True Bills" against Germany Bellard, 17, and Desmond Lafleur, 17, both of Lake Charles.
The two were accused of climbing into the window of a home, and having inappropriate sexual contact with a 14-year-old and a 12-year-old with whom they were acquaintances.
Bellard confirmed these allegations and was arrested. Lafleur later turned himself in. The two were jailed with a $35,000 bond.
