UPDATE: A judge in the pretrial of suspected serial killer Anthony Sowell ruled Tuesday the accused serial killer will go on trial next month...there will be no more delays.

Late Monday, Sowell's attorneys filed a motion to delay the case yet again, but the judged denied the request.

Sowell's trial will move forward as scheduled on June 6th and the court has ordered 1,000 potential jurors to hear the case because jury selection alone is expected to take weeks.

His trial has been delayed repeatedly since Sowell was arrested for killing 11 women.

Last week, the prosecution filed their updated witness list. First on the new list, an Allan Sowell from Maple Heights.

19 Action News also noticed lots of relatives of victims. The new list also includes more investigators.

Sowell faces the death penalty if convicted.
