Cowboy Stew


½ cup bell pepper, coarsely chopped

½ cup onion, coarsely chopped

1 - 1 ½ tsp. chili powder

1 can whole kernel corn

1 can pinto beans

1 ½ lb. lean ground beef

1 tsp. salt

1 clove garlic, copped

2 ribs celery, chopped (or celery flakes)

1/4 tsp. sugar

2 cans tomato sauce

½ tsp. pepper

2 lg. potatoes, cubed

Brown beef and potatoes. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic and celery. Cook about 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients and heat thoroughly.
