Lake Charles PD needs your help finding three suspects

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - The Lake Charles Police Department is looking for information involving an aggravated battery call that happened on Saturday, January 8, in the 100 block of Armstrong Street.

Officers responded to the call around 11 a.m. on Saturday morning, January 8.

Authorities say their investigation revealed that a worker for Union Pacific Railroad saw three unknown black males walking in the area, and one appeared to be carrying what looked like a BB or pellet rifle.

A short time later, the victim felt an impact on his body as if he had been shot. At the same time, the victim looked around and saw the same three subjects running away from the area.

The round penetrated his work vest and clothing and struck his skin.

If you have any information about this incident, you are asked to contact Sergeant Kevin Kirkum at the Lake Charles Police Department 337-491-1311.
