Saints dominate Panthers, 34-3

CHAROLETTE, NC (KPLC) - The New Orleans Saints were on a mission Sunday as they took down the Carolina Panthers, 34-3.

Quarterback Drew Brees was 27-43 for 253 yards, 2 touchdowns and one interception.  The rushing attack came from a host of backs.  Julius Jones had six carries for 68 yards, Chris Ivory had 12 carries for 50 yards and Ledell Betts had 13 carries for 31 yards and a touchdown.

Defensively, the Black and Gold were led by Roman Harper who had 10 tackles, a sack, a tackle for loss, and 2 passes deflected.

The Saints next game will be on November 21 when they host the Seattle Seahawks.
