McNeese gets the win over Sam Houston St., 33-28

HUNTSVILLE, TX (KPLC) - McNeese State keeps their Southland Conference Championship and playoffs hopes alive with their 33-28 win over Sam Houston State.

Offensively for MSU: Jacob Bower was 15-28 for 281 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions, Andre Anderson had 19 carries for 100 yards and two touchdowns.  Defensively, Malcolm Bronson and Jarron Jackson had interceptions and on special teams, Josh Lewis was 2/2 in field goals and 3/4 in extra points.

The Cowboys will be at home next Saturday against Texas State.
