DERIDDER, LA - On Wednesday night, Louisiana State Police Troop D investigated a two vehicle crash on LA 27 south of DeRidder.  The crash left two people in critical condition.

According to investigating troopers, on October 27, 2010, at 7:27 p.m., a 1999 Mazda 626 driven by 20-year-old Kayla Fontenot of DeRidder, LA, was traveling south on LA 27.  A 2010 Ford Expedition driven by 53-year-old Gary McFatter of DeRidder, LA, was traveling behind Fontenot.
